Cap-Popping

Round, red, and coiled with small black dots. Small silver gun. The side lifts up and the coil goes in. The end of the coil sticks out of the top. Pull the trigger with with your finger and POP! But Craig's and my favorite way to play with the caps is to unroll the coil all the way, stretch it out, and then bang each of the black dots with rocks to make them pop. Mom does not like when we do this, so we do it where she can't see. Sometimes we scratch the dots with our thumb nails really quickly, trying not to get burned. The pop is loud and leaves a strong smell. A lot of times we do get burned and we have to wash our hands before Mom sees our black thumbs.
